Adding Status for Story

A story should have status, so we can easily know it is under designing, pending plan, under developing, or within maintenance!

Available Status

A story may belong to one of the following status:

• Design / Plan
  Here, we create the story, decide the scope of the story, playing with the iteration, etc.   The story is fully editable at the Design / Plan status.
  
• Developt
  Here, we start to working on this story.   A story is partially editable at this Develop status.
  
• Maintenance
  Here, we finished the development work and only can add response and artifacts to this story.
