Kick Off Iteration - Prototype

This long iteration ends with beta 1 release:

Trying to provide a concise and workable version within this iteration. Meanwhile, we should get familiar with the Django framework!

We need the have good enough understanding with the following modules/apps:

Keep concepts for Django framework: backend, middleware, settings, templates, medias, etc.
Authentication implementation
Session implementation
i18n implementation
Default user / account management
Common structure and best practice to create a Django application
