Keys Management: generate, rotate, and clear keys

Explain the keys management scenarios.

Leocornus Plone Cryptographic Toolkit depends on Keyczar to manipulate keys.  We may easily think that leocornus.plonecrypto provides a Plone GUI for Keyczar, so a Plone application could easily manage cryptographic keys.
