Separate mytickets view from general tickets view

So we could have different fields display on mytickets view.

As looking at the My Tickets view, the owner column seems not valuable at all. My tickets should all under my name. We might have some other field list here to bring more convenient to this vies.

Clearly the column Sprint is more valuable than Owner column on mytickets view. Then the question becomes how to add, remove, exchange a column from the default general tickets list view?
