Debug Check box on General Setting Page
The debug option will control the visiblility of
- debug messages
- API testing page.
Design
What we need?
- a check box on general setting page to turn on / off debug.
- a site option to save the debug on or off: wptc_debug.
- a function to check debug on or off: wptc_is_debug.
