Keys Management Log

We should log the keys' rotating and retiring process and the tracking log should answer the following question:

When a new key been added?
How many active keys we have whenever a new key been added?
When clear and regenerate keys been performed?
How many keys have been removed when clear keys has been executed?

Implementation

We might save the log in annotations and providing the ability to remove all logs! It should also allow user to enable / disable logging message.
