Release 2.0.0 Beta - First beta release

This is First release for the re-designed PlonePM, it is also the first egg release.  We have a new product name: iscorpio.plonepm.  We target at Plone 3 or higher version.

The Project structure is changed and become easy and strait forward: Project, metadata, iteration, story, artifact, function request, system request, use case, and response.  We don't have many folders now, we only have folder for Project, story, and artifact!

Portlet is added for better navigation.

The whole content and structure re-designed.
