Time tracking for a story

Adding the time tracking functionality for a story!

This feature should allow team member to track the time spent on this story.  When a team member bill time on this story, PlonePM should automatically calculate the used hours for this story.

What data are need for time tracking?

• date of your work
• short description about the work
• hours for this work.
• completion percentage

Where we store the tracking data?

The easy approach will be create another content type called tracking and add the tracking content under the story folder!

The better approach will be adding a dict field in the story content type, which should be not editable in the story edit form.  And then
