Iteration Content Type

We need a new content type for project planning purpose: Iteration.  An iteration in Plone PM could be a phase of project, could be a release, etc.

Each story should have a new field called Iteration Plan to select a iteration for itself.

Iteration default view will list all stories belongs to this iteration.  Story's progress bar will also be displayed in the Iteration default view.
